Job summary

STADA UK Thornton & Ross is seeking a Digital Growth Lead to drive digital maturity for the Consumer Health business and enable measurable commercial impact. You will build the digital organization from the ground up, defining teams, processes, and governance to elevate brand strategy and growth.

In collaboration with senior stakeholders, you will own the digital marketing strategy, optimize multi-channel campaigns, implement AI-enabled content and establish KPI frameworks to link digital

Qualifications

• 8+ years in digital, marketing, or commercial roles.
• Proven experience leading digital teams and driving transformation.
• Experience in regulated industries (e.g., pharma, FMCG) is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end digital marketing strategy across channels.
• Lead analytics framework linking digital activity to KPIs and ROAS.
• Build and scale a cross-functional digital organisation and capabilities.
• Partner with Brand Marketing and eCommerce to align with business objectives.
