STADA UK Thornton & Ross is seeking a seasoned Head of OTC (Director) to lead the Consumer Health portfolio in the UK from Reading. You will set strategic direction, own the BU agenda, and drive end-to-end commercial leadership across brands, channels and innovation.

Partner with Global teams and cross-functional stakeholders to shape growth, launches, lifecycle management and portfolio transformation, while building a high-performing team in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualificações

• 10–15+ years in Consumer Health, FMCG or related consumer environment.
• Experience leading a significant portfolio or Business Unit with P&L ownership.
• Strong strategic, commercial and financial acumen with senior stakeholder influence.
• Proven ability to drive growth across brands, categories and channels.

Responsabilidades

• Own the long-term strategic direction for the UK CHC BU and translate ambition into priorities.
• Lead commercial performance with KPI dashboards and scenario planning.
• Oversee innovation, lifecycle management, and major launches across brands.
• Influence cross-functional partners to secure resources and deliver against plan.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing marketing team in a dynamic environment.
