Job summary

LionHires Recruitment is seeking a Casino Compliance Manager to lead a six-person team, oversee multi-market governance, and ensure all live casino games meet certification standards. You will drive process improvements, manage incidents, and own the internal Compliance Portal.

The role requires deep regulatory knowledge, strong leadership, and the ability to balance regulatory constraints with business growth across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• Extensive experience in iGaming/online casino compliance or QA.
• Proven experience managing and structuring teams.
• Deep understanding of global iGaming technical standards.
• Knowledge of game certification processes (GLI) and multi-market licensing.
• Ability to balance regulatory requirements with commercial objectives.
• Experience coordinating market rollouts and game launches.

Responsibilities

• Directly manage and mentor a team of six.
• Lead compliance scoping for new markets and support Commercial team.
• Serve as liaison between Casino Operations and QA.
• Oversee end-to-end go-live process for casino games with certifications.
• Develop safeguards against GSP outages and failures.
• Lead incident investigations and regulatory mitigation.
• Improve QA workflows and governance across markets.
• Own the internal Compliance Portal.
