St Philips Care Group seeks a Senior Care Assistant for Cathedral Care Centre in Lincoln. You will lead a team of care workers, support the Home Manager in daily operations, and promote person-centred care while ensuring residents’ dignity and independence.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
• Experience in senior care within a residential or nursing home is desirable.
• A passion for elderly care and well-being.
• Experience with medication administration.

Responsibilities

• Understand and meet the health needs of residents.
• Assist residents with daily care tasks and promote independence.
• Participate in holistic care activities and care planning.
• Maintain confidentiality and respect residents' rights.
• Attend mandatory training and contribute to staff development.
• Ensure safe moving and handling and observe changes in condition.
