St Philip's Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant for Days & Nights Bank at Kippen House Care Centre. You will lead a small team to deliver high quality resident care, uphold dignity, and support the Manager in day-to-day operations.

You may cover days and nights as needed and promote person-centred care to maximise residents’ independence. The role requires previous experience in a residential or nursing home, an NVQ3/MA L3 in Health and Social Care (or working towards it), and a commitment

Competenze

• NVQ 3 / MA L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
• Previous experience as a senior in a Residential Care or Nursing Home.
• A passion for Care of the Elderly.
• Experience of Medication Administration.

Mansioni

• Lead, develop and coordinate a team of care workers to provide high standards of care.
• Support the Manager in the overall management of the home, and cover in their absence.
• Promote residents’ participation in care planning and maximise independence.
• Ensure proper care planning, medication administration and daily care delivery.
