Health Recruit Network is seeking an experienced Registered Manager to lead a domiciliary care and supported living service in St Helens. You will drive day-to-day operations, ensure CQC compliance, and maintain person-centred care across both branches.

The role includes temporary oversight of a second site during maternity leave, overseeing rotas, care planning, staff development, and performance metrics, with a competitive salary £36,000–£40,000 and a generous benefits package.

Formación

• Experience as Registered Manager, Deputy Manager, or Senior Manager in domiciliary care or adult social care.
• Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (or willingness to work towards).
• Strong knowledge of CQC regulations and safeguarding.

Responsabilidades

• Lead day-to-day operations of the domiciliary care and supported living service.
• Provide temporary oversight of a second branch during maternity cover.
• Ensure full CQC compliance and person-centred care.
• Manage rotas, care planning, and quality assurance.
• Lead, motivate, and develop care and office teams.
• Oversee recruitment, induction, training, and supervision.
• Monitor branch performance, budgets, and KPI achievement.
• Build strong relationships with families, local authorities, and professionals.
• Support business development and organic branch growth.
