You will lead care and office teams, manage care planning and rotas, and maintain strong client relationships with a focus on growth. The position is full-time, permanent, with an immediate start possible for the right candidate.

Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Registered Manager in domiciliary care or supported living.
• Level 4 or Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (essential).
• Train the Trainer qualification (essential).
• Strong CQC compliance knowledge and inspection experience.

Responsibilities

• Take full operational responsibility across domiciliary care and supported living services.
• Ensure CQC compliance, safeguarding, and quality standards are maintained.
• Lead, manage, and develop the care and office teams.
• Oversee care planning, rotas, documentation, and service performance.
• Maintain and develop strong relationships with private clients and their families.
• Drive continuous improvement and support sustainable service growth.
