Job summary

Barchester Healthcare Homes Limited is seeking a Bank Residential Senior Carer at one of our care homes in Reading. You will lead a team of care staff on shift, provide training and supervision, and ensure delivery of person-centred care to residents.

You will assist with medication administration, care plan reviews, risk assessments and liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and families. The role offers flexible hours to cover leave and sickness, with supportive training and opportunities for

Qualifications

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care.
• Experience in residential care setting.
• Ability to lead a care team and coordinate on shift.
