Barchester Healthcare is seeking a Bank Residential Senior Carer to look after residents’ needs and deliver person-centred care. You will lead a team of care staff, train, supervise and delegate on shift, and assist with medication administration, care plans and risk assessments.

You will liaise with GPs, district nurses and family members, uphold dignity and create a warm, welcoming environment. This bank role provides flexible hours to cover annual leave or sick leave.

Qualificações

• NVQ Level 3 or Advanced Diploma in Health & Social Care required.
• Previous experience in a residential care setting.
• Proven team leadership skills and decision-making ability.

Responsabilidades

• Lead a team of care staff on shift, including training and supervision.
• Administer and order medications, review and update resident care plans and risk assessments.
• Liaise with GPs, district nursing teams and resident families.
