Avante Care & Support Ltd. is opening Malling Grange in West Malling as a luxury, person-centred care home. We are building a founding team for nights relief shifts to lead and mentor Care Support Assistants, delivering high-quality care with warmth and professionalism.

The role requires NVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (essential), a compassionate and proactive approach, and a passion for improving residents’ lives. Competitive pay and flexible options are offered.
