Avante Care & Support is opening Malling Grange Care Home in West Malling this autumn 2026. You’ll start at Pilgrims View, Snodland, before transferring to Malling Grange once the home opens, supporting residents with compassionate care and promoting wellbeing.

The role offers full-time, part-time, and relief hours with training provided; expect enhanced pay for qualifications, 24/7 GP support, a pension, and other staff benefits as the team grows.

Care & Support Assistant – New Care Home Opening Autumn 2026

Malling Grange Care Home, West Malling
£13.20 - £13.40 per hour
Full-time, Part-time & Relief Hours Available

Please note: Whilst Malling Grange is being prepared for opening, successful applicants will initially work at Pilgrims View, 19 Roberts Road, Snodland, ME6 5HL, before transferring to Malling Grange when the home opens.
