Avante Care & Support is opening Malling Grange in West Malling (Autumn 2026). As a Relief Care & Support Assistant, you will help residents live fulfilling lives with compassionate care, promoting independence and wellbeing.

You'll join an opening team, receive full training, and work flexible shifts across days or nights at Malling Grange. DBS checks and uniform are provided, with ongoing support for career development.
