Avante Care & Support Ltd. in West Malling is seeking Relief/Bank/Casual Domestic Assistant to join Malling Grange, a brand-new luxury care home opening Autumn 2026.

You will maintain cleanliness of resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas, upholding infection control and safety standards. No prior care experience is required as full training is provided; reliable, punctual and team-oriented individuals who care about residents’ comfort and dignity are encouraged to apply.

• Previous cleaning or domestic experience (desirable).
• Understanding of hygiene and infection control standards.

Responsibilities

• Clean and maintain resident rooms, bathrooms, and communal areas.
