Avante Care & Support is opening Malling Grange in West Malling in Autumn 2026, recruiting Care & Support Assistants for a brand-new luxury home. Relieve shifts are available across opening weeks, with comprehensive training and ongoing support provided.

£13.20 - £13.40 per hour

Relief Hours Available

Please note: Whilst Malling Grange is being prepared for opening, successful applicants will initially work at Pilgrims View, 19 Roberts Road, Snodland, ME6 5HL, before transferring to Malling Grange when the home opens.

Designed around luxurious interiors and modern care technology, Malling Grange will offer spacious en-suite bedrooms, elegant lounges, a café/bistro, cinema, hair salon, landscaped gardens, wellbeing spaces and four individually themed care suites.

As a Care & Support Assistant, you'll help residents live happy, fulfilling lives by providing compassionate care, promoting independence, supporting wellbeing and creating meaningful connections every day.

No previous care experience? No problem. Full training and ongoing support will be provided.
