St Philip's Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant on a bank basis for Ravendale Hall Care Centre in Grimsby. You will lead and co-ordinate a team of care workers to deliver high-quality, person-centred care, supporting residents' dignity and independence.

The role covers days and nights, assisting with daily living tasks, medication administration, and contributing to care planning. Full training and induction are provided, with flexible opportunities to fit around your life.

Qualifications

• NVQ 3 / L3 in Health and Social Care or working towards it.
• Experience as a senior in residential or nursing home.
• Passion for elderly care.
• Experience of Medication Administration.

Responsabilités

• Lead and coordinate a team to provide the highest standards of care.
• Assist residents with daily care needs and hygiene.
• Participate in holistic caring activities and care planning.
• Ensure residents’ independence and rights are respected.
• Maintain confidentiality and report changes to the Manager.
