AA Euro Group, on behalf of a leading adult care provider, is recruiting an experienced Care Home Manager for a home in Charing, Kent. You will oversee daily operations, lead staff, ensure safeguarding, and maintain high standards of person-centred care for adults with complex needs.

Formación

• Previous management experience in a care/home setting.
• Excellent communication skills with staff, residents and families.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and manage competing priorities.
• Commitment to safeguarding and high-quality care standards.

Responsabilidades

• Lead and direct the day-to-day operational management of the home, ensuring efficient use of resources.
• Ensure regular supervision for all staff within the home.
• Develop dynamic support plans in collaboration with residents and the Service Development Team.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and National Minimum Standards.
• Maintain a safe environment and manage risk assessments and health/safety practices.
• Liaise with external agencies and support recruitment and staffing strategies.
• Participate in budget formulation and monitor expenditure as required.
