AA Euro Healthcare is seeking an experienced Home Care Manager in Charing, Kent to oversee the daily running of the care home and drive up standards of care for adults with complex needs.

You will lead a team, ensure staff supervision, and work with the Service Development Team on resident assessments and transitions, while maintaining regulatory compliance and high safeguarding standards.

Qualifications

• Previous experience at management level is essential.
• Ability to remain calm under pressure.
• Confident working alone and as part of a team.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Passion to work with vulnerable adults.
• Desire and commitment to safeguarding standards.

Responsabilités

• Lead day-to-day operational management of the home and allocate resources to deliver a good quality service.
• Ensure staff receive regular supervision.
• Collaborate with Service Development Team for resident assessments and transition.
• Develop dynamic support plans for residents and review regularly.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and good practice standards.
• Lead risk analysis and implement plans to minimise risk.
• Support contract monitoring and provide management information as needed.
• Liaise with external agencies professionally.
