Job summary

Charing Healthcare is seeking a Care Home Manager for The Vale Care Home in Maidstone. You will lead staff in creating and maintaining person-centred care plans and risk assessments, ensuring they are followed and re-evaluated regularly.

Responsibilities include maintaining clear communication with residents and relatives and managing complaints and disciplinary actions with appropriate records and legal support when needed. A driver with own transport is required.

Qualifications

• At least one year’s experience in managing a care home.
