Colten Care is seeking a Senior Administrator based at Brook View, West Moors. The role involves line-management of the admin team and managing the care home's administration function, while delivering outstanding customer care to residents and relatives.

You will greet visitors, conduct viewings, and handle phone and email enquiries. Responsibilities include financial tasks, recruitment admin, and cross-department liaison, with support to the Home Manager.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising a team and delivering excellent front-of-house service.
• Strong literacy and numeracy with good written and verbal communication.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and basic administrative tasks.

Responsibilities
