Walsall Healthcare NHS Trust is recruiting a Care Group Manager for the Division of Medicine. You will provide operational leadership to the Care Group with support from Directors and Matrons, ensuring delivery of financial, activity, patient experience and clinical targets.

You will lead by example, foster CPD, drive improvements, and participate in divisional decision-making, aligning with Trust values of Respect, Compassion, Professionalism, and Teamwork.

Qualifikationen

• Formal education to first degree level or equivalent ability
• Post graduate training in Business or NHS Management in progress or completed
• Evidence of continuous professional development

Aufgaben

• Operational planning and scheduling to meet quality standards
• Safe and effective delivery of clinical services within the Care Group
• Develop and implement service/Divisional policies
• Lead Improvement Programmes within the Care Group and Division
• Develop and implement capacity planning with Clinical Director
• Support capacity planning and ensure delivery of performance standards
• Develop business cases considering activity and income projections
• Coordinate elective access and RTT/waiting list management
