NHS Jobs is seeking a Care Group Manager for the Division of Medicine to lead operational planning and scheduling, ensuring safe and effective delivery of clinical services and adherence to quality standards within the Care Group.

You will work with the General Manager and Clinical Director on capacity planning, business and strategic plans, and the development of service pathways, policies and elective access across divisions.

Responsabilités

• Ensure processes are in place to meet quality standards and indicators.
• Be responsible for safe and effective delivery of clinical services within the Care Group.
• Develop and implement business & strategic plans with the General Manager.
• Capacity planning and negotiation for successful delivery of Care Group performance standards.
• Develop and implement service/Divisional policies and improve patient flows.
• Lead Improvement Programmes within the Care Group and across the Division.
• Coordinate elective access within the Division and manage capacity & demand analyses.
