University Hospitals Coventry and Warwickshire NHS Trust is seeking an Associate Group Manager for the Medicine Group (Renal, General Internal Medicine & Care of the Elderly). The role leads operational management, drives performance, and supports delivery of high-quality, patient-centred care across complex specialties.

You will work with Clinical Leads and Matrons, shape service strategies, and manage staffing and resources to meet national and local targets within Trust policies.

Qualifications

• Masters level management or equivalent.
• Evidence of NHS operational management experience.
• Continuous professional development (CPD) demonstrated.

• Lead operational management of the Medicine Group and ensure delivery of targets.
• Monitor performance and develop improvement plans.
• Develop and deliver service strategy within resources available.
