Job summary

Radfield Home Care Watford & Borehamwood is seeking a Senior Care Coordinator to support the Registered Care Manager with daily operations of premium home care services.

You will manage client needs, support care professionals, and help ensure accurate records, rotas and training are maintained. The role requires a proactive communicator with strong organisational skills and a valid UK driving licence.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Health & Social Care qualification or willingness to work towards it.
• At least 2 years experience within the home care sector.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to be flexible around core hours to meet client and team needs.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out assessments for new clients and devising person centred care plans.
• Regular compliance audits.
• Handling incoming queries from clients and care professionals.
• Creating efficient staff rotas and participating in the on call rota.
• Assisting with recruitment, interviews & on-boarding.
• Coordination and delivery of staff in person training and e-learning.
• Supporting with staff appraisals and supervisions.
• Attending care calls as required.

Award winning Radfield Home Care Watford & Borehamwood has a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Care Coordinator looking for their next step in developing a career in care management.

Working as part of a team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Registered Care Manager with the daily operations of our premium home care service, such as managing care needs with clients and their families, supporting a team of care professionals, setting and managing rotas and keeping essential records up-to-date

You’re someone who loves working with people, organisation and getting things done.

You’ll need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.

Key Responsibilities will include:

• Carrying out assessments for new clients and devising person centered care plans
