Radfield Home care is recruiting for a Care Assistant to join our team in Watford & Borehamwood. This part-time role includes travel time compensation and mileage, with shifts that include mornings and weekends. You must drive and have access to your own vehicle; sponsorship is not available.

Join us in delivering compassionate community care, with induction and training provided to ensure you can confidently support clients in their own homes.

Salary: £13.00 - £13.50 per hour plus travel time

You must drive and have access to your own vehicle, Please note that we cannot offer sponsorship for this role.

Pay & Hours:

At Radfield Home care we pay you for your time with the client but also your time travelling between clients plus mileage.

• £13.00/ hour weekdays, £13.50 / hour weekends.

Travel time is paid at your standard hourly rate plus 45p per mile for mileage

Working Patterns:

We are currently looking for candidates who are available to work mornings between 4pm and 10pm along with alternate weekend availability.

We can also offer additional shifts in the mornings if you are looking for additional hours

Area Covered:

Watford, Rickmansworth, Abbots Langley & Kings Langley (Insert Postcodes) and surrounding areas .

In your role you will:

Provide care in the community for people who need assistance to live independently within their own homes

Household tasks, medication support and companionship

Induction and Training:

You will complete a 12 week induction and on-boarding programme giving you all the support you need to confidently and safely provide care to our clients.
