Job summary

Radfield Home Care Watford & Borehamwood is seeking a Senior Care Coordinator to support the Registered Care Manager in daily operations of our premium home care service. You’ll build person-centered plans, manage client needs and coordinate a small team.

You’ll need a UK driver’s licence, be over 18 and have access to a vehicle, with the role including on-call duties and DBS check prerequisites.

Qualifications

• Level 5 Health & Social care or be willing to work towards this.
• At least 2 years experience within the home care sector.
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
• Ability to be flexible around core hours to meet the needs of the client and the team.
• Full driving licence and access to a vehicle.

Responsibilities

• Carrying out assessments for new clients and devising person centered care plans
• Regular compliance audits
• Handling incoming queries from Clients and care professionals
• Creating efficient staff rotas and participating in the on call rota
• Assisting with recruitment, interviews & on-boarding
• Coordination & delivery of staff in person training and e-learning
• Supporting with staff appraisals and supervisions
• Attending care calls as required

Award winning Radfield Home Care Watford & Borehamwood has a fantastic new opportunity for a Senior Care Coordinator looking for their next step in developing a career in care management.

Working as part of a team, you’ll be responsible for supporting the Registered Care Manager with the daily operations of our premium home care service, such as managing care needs with clients and their families, supporting a team of care professionals, setting and managing rotas and keeping essential records up-to-date

You’re someone who loves working with people, organisation and getting things done.

You’ll need a UK driver’s licence, be over the age of 18 and have access to a vehicle.
