Radfield Home Care (UK) is seeking a Registered Care Manager to lead the day-to-day operation of our Watford & Borehamwood service. You will drive growth by promoting the highest standards of care, ensure quality and compliance, and support a team of care professionals with development and supervision.
The successful candidate will have hands-on experience in care planning, assessments, recruitment, and auditing, plus strong communication and customer service skills.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day running of the Radfield Home Care service in Watford & Borehamwood, driving growth and success by promoting the very highest standards of care, maintaining a positive working environment and managing quality and compliance.
The successful applicant will be passionate about care and will thrive within a busy working environment where no two days are ever the same. They will be a people person, with experience of leading, managing and developing teams within a Home Care service.
Experience of care planning, care assessments, recruitment, compliance and auditing is essential for this role along with good communication and customer service skills.
You’ll be driving success and growth by promoting the right working environment, maintaining standards and ensuring quality. In simple terms you’ll be making sure that our care professionals get the support they need and our clients get the care that’s right for them.

The successful applicant will be required to enroll on a qualification in Level 5 Leadership & Management in Health & Social Care at the end of a probation period, if they do not hold this already.
