Quantum Care's Mountbatten Lodge is a 60-bed residential care home in Hemel Hempstead seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead with compassion and deliver outstanding care daily. The role supports residents with dignity, comfort and social engagement across shifts, including weekends.

You will lead a designated unit, review care plans, provide personal care, and assist with medications and activities, upholding our values and standards to create exceptional moments for residents.

Qualifikationen

• Essentials: Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Desirable: Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care or willingness to work towards.

What You’ll Bring

• Essential to hold a Level 2 Diploma in Health and Social Care.
• Desirable to hold a Level 3 Diploma in Health and Social Care (Or willingness to work towards).
• You must have substantial experience of working with older people in a residential care setting and a real passion for leading and delivering outstanding care to our residents.

Your Day-to-Day Responsibilities

• Taking a leadership role on a designated unit.
• Reviewing and updating care plans.
• Giving personal care to residents.
• Administering medication and ensuring that social activities are provided during each shift
