Job summary

Avery Healthcare at Greenholme House Care Home in Burley in Wharfedale is seeking a warm, enthusiastic Senior Care Assistant - Nights to help deliver high standards of personal care in a safe, caring environment. You will monitor residents' wellbeing, support care planning, assist with medication, and provide supervision and guidance to staff.

DBS disclosure with cost borne by Avery Healthcare is required, plus proof of eligibility to work in the UK.

Responsibilities

• Monitoring the wellbeing of each resident, noting changes and updating care plans.
• Involvement in person-centred care planning with monthly evaluations.
• Supporting residents with their medication requirements.
• Undertaking staff supervisions and supporting staff development.
• Acting as a key contact for residents, relatives, visitors and health professionals; escalate concerns.
