Job summary

Oakland Care in Loughton is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join our compassionate team. You will help deliver person-centred care to residents, support daily living activities, and role model best practices in a busy home.

The role requires at least 2 years’ experience, Level 3 Health and Social Care, and meds administration training. We offer a welcoming environment, permanent contract, nights shifts, and a competitive hourly rate.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years’ experience delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant.
• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care.
• Training in medication administration.
• Excellent people and customer service skills.
• Ability to induct, supervise and mentor junior staff.
• Strong time management and organisational abilities.
• Excellent communication, both written and verbal.
