Job summary

Oakland Care is seeking a Night Care Assistant to provide attentive care to residents during the night in Tonbridge. You will support with personal care, mobility, meals, and safety, helping create a calm, reassuring environment.

The role is permanent, 40.25 hours per week, with £13.20 per hour. Full training is provided and a compassionate, team-oriented attitude is valued.

Qualifications

• Be a compassionate and caring person.
• Have a can-do attitude and be a true team player.
• Experience as Healthcare Assistant/Support Worker is advantageous but not required as full training is given.

Responsibilities

• Providing excellent care and support to residents throughout the night.
• Assisting with mobility, comfort and safety needs.
• Carry out regular checks and respond to night-time requirements.
• Keep accurate records and communicate effectively.
