Job summary

Oakland Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and oversee day-to-day care for our residents at Osbern Manor, Wigmore, Kent. You will ensure compassionate, high-quality care and maintain a clean, safe environment for all residents.

The role requires at least 2 years of care experience, a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification, and medication administration training. We value excellent communication and a caring, reliable attitude.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years’ experience in delivering care or as a Senior Care Assistant.
• Level 3 qualification in Health and Social Care (or willing to sign up/ or working towards it)
• Trained in medication administration.
• Excellent people and customer service skills.

Hours: 42 hours per week

Pay: 14.30 per hour

Contract: Full-time
