Job summary

Oakland Care in Wigmore, Gillingham, Kent is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a team and manage the day-to-day needs of our residents. The role requires delivering high-quality care, maintaining clean and tidy environments, and supporting families.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of care experience, a Level 3 Health and Social Care qualification (or working toward it), and medication administration training. This is a nights shift, full-time position at our Osbern Manor home.

Hours: 42 hours per week

Pay: 14.30 per hour

Contract: Full-time
