Job summary

Avery Healthcare Group’s Middleton Lodge care home is seeking a night-shift senior care worker to provide personal care, monitor residents' wellbeing, and support care plans. You will assist with medications and act as the main point of contact for residents, relatives and health and social care professionals.

• Monitor each resident's wellbeing, note changes affecting care, and update care plans and written records
• Deliver high standards of personal care, working alongside the care team
• Take part in person-centred care planning, implementing and monitoring plans and completing monthly evaluations
• Support residents with their medication
• Carry out staff supervisions and support staff development
• Act as the key contact for residents, relatives, visitors and health and social care professionals
• Act on reasonable requests and escalating concerns or complaints
• Help create a safe, caring, innovative, open, supportive and inclusive environment for residents, visitors and staff

Job description

A night-shift senior care role at Middleton Lodge care home, run by Avery Healthcare Group.
