gobecare in Scotland is recruiting a Senior Care Assistant for our Newmains/Wishaw care home. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, assess residents, develop and implement personalised care plans, and ensure high-quality, person-centred care.

You will supervise staff, promote best practice, and ensure safety and regulatory compliance, while maintaining compassionate, dignity-driven care and accurate documentation.

Qualificações

• SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care or equivalent.
• Current SSSC registration.
• PDA in Medication and/or Supervision or equivalent.
• Previous experience in a Senior Care role.
• Strong leadership, communication and organisational skills.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.

We are currently looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Senior Healthcare Assistant to join our Care Home team in Newmains/ Wishaw. About the Role:

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be an integral part of a multidisciplinary team, responsible for assessing residents’ needs, developing and implementing care plans and ensuring the delivery of high-quality, person-centred care.

You will lead by example, supporting and supervising care staff, promoting best practice and ensuring excellent outcomes for residents.

What We’re Looking For:

• SVQ Level 3 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
