Job summary

gobecare in Coatbridge is seeking an experienced Care Assistant to join our care home team. This permanent, full-time role covers days and/or nights, delivering compassionate personal care and supporting residents with daily living while maintaining dignity and respect.

You will contribute to care plans, promote independence and work within a warm, person-centred environment. An SVQ2 in Health & Social Care is preferred but not essential.

Qualifications

• SVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care is preferred, however not essential.
• Genuine, empathetic approach to person-centred care.
• Calm, reliable and committed to showing up consistently.
• Clear communication and a team-first mindset.
• Strong attention to safety, confidentiality and professional boundaries.

Care Assistant (Permanent, Full-Time) – Days &/or Nights

We are currently looking to appoint an experienced and motivated Care Assistant to join our Care Home team in Coatbridge. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced care professional looking to take the next step in their career and play a key role in delivering the highest standard or care and support to our residents.

About the role:

As a Healthcare Assistant, you’ll support residents with daily personal care and wellbeing needs, helping them feel safe, comfortable and valued. You’ll contribute to care plans, support independence and play a key part in creating a warm, person-centred environment where dignity comes first, always.

What you’ll do:
