Job summary

Meallmore Ltd in Inverness is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to guide our team in delivering high-quality, personalised care within a compassionate, safe environment. You will work closely with the Registered Nurse/Team Leader to plan, implement and evaluate care needs for each resident, supporting a positive, compliant workplace.

Qualifications

• Registered as a supervisor with the Scottish Social Services Council within the necessary time frame.
• On the journey to obtain the qualifications needed for SSSC registration.
• Holding an SVQ level 3 or higher, or its equivalent, in Social Services & Healthcare
• A PDA or an equivalent in Supervision.

Responsibilities

• Collaborating with the Registered Nurse/Team Leader to plan, implement, and evaluate the comprehensive care needs of each individual using our service.
• Cultivate and encourage a positive work environment and practices that are safe and meet all relevant standards, policies, and legislation.
• Utilise an all-inclusive approach to achieve outcomes in cooperation with all departments within our care service.

Pay rate

£13.90- £14.50 + Competitive benefits + overtime rates
