Greensleeves Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support residents with personal care and daily activities within our 26 care homes in England. You will help maintain a welcoming, efficient home environment and coordinate with GPs and district nurses to meet healthcare needs.

Applicants should have a QCF diploma in social care level 2 (or equivalent) and demonstrable experience in safe medication administration, with a commitment to confidentiality and high standards of care.

• Proven ability and experience in safe administration of Medication
• Understanding of confidentiality importance
• Experience in providing care

Responsabilités

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:

• Help to ensure that all care, domestic and kitchen staff contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the Home and the creation of the right atmosphere.
• Assist residents with their personal care needs.
• Answer call bells, emergency bells, the door and the telephone: greet visitors.
• Ensure the healthcare needs of the residents are met by liaising with GPs, District Nurses, Chiropodists, etc.

To apply, you will need:

• Qualifications and Credit Framework (QCF) diploma in social care level 2 or other relevant qualification
• Proven ability and experience in safe administration of Medication
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
• Experience in providing care
