Job summary

Greensleeves Care is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to support residents across our 24-hour care environment. You will help deliver high-quality personal care, assist with daily activities, and contribute to a warm, respectful home atmosphere.

Key duties include responding to calls and liaising with GPs and District Nurses to meet healthcare needs. UK-based applicants only; DBS clearance is required prior to joining Greensleeves Care.

As a Senior Care Assistant, you will:

• Help to ensure that all care, domestic and kitchen staff contribute to the best of their ability to the efficient running of the Home and the creation of the right atmosphere.
• Assist residents with their personal care needs.
• Answer call bells, emergency bells, the door and the telephone: greet visitors.
• Ensure the healthcare needs of the residents are met by liaising with GPs, District Nurses, Chiropodists, etc.
