Job summary

Greensleeves Care is seeking a dedicated Care Assistant to support residents in our care homes. You will help with daily living, maintain residents' rights to independence, privacy and dignity, and assist with dressing, washing, mobility and personal care. You will work within a team that values respect, openness and responsibility.

Experience in elder care is desirable; QCF Level 2 in Care is preferred. This role offers supported development and access to learning opportunities with DBS checks

Qualifications

• An understanding of the needs of residents
• An understanding of the importance of confidentiality
• QCF Diploma in Care Level 2 or equivalent (Desirable)
• Experience of providing care (Desirable)
• Experience of working with elders (Desirable)

Responsibilities
