Qualifications

• NVQ 3 or equivalent in care for care homes.
• At least 2 years' experience in a similar care environment.
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Positive, caring attitude and ability to support residents and staff.
• Willingness to be flexible to cover a range of duties.

Responsibilities

• Support and work with the care team to deliver high standards of personal care.
• Monitor residents' wellbeing and update care plans accordingly.
• Assist with residents' medication as required.
• Undertake staff supervision and support development where needed.
• Act as a key contact with residents, relatives and healthcare professionals.
