Job Title: Lead Life Skills Facilitator

A Life Skills Facilitator is a unique role for a unique person

At Inspire Neurocare, we help people become more independent through rehabilitation. We support younger adults who have had brain injuries, strokes, spinal injuries, or who live with disabilities such as MS. We're looking for individuals who can help us change lives.

More than care assistants, carers, or healthcare assistants, Life Skills Facilitators are carers, therapy assistants, and companions all in one. They take the time to know our residents and are trusted to provide personalized care.

The Lead Life Skills Facilitator manages the LSF team and supports the home Manager with day-to-day leadership from a non-clinical perspective.

Candidate Requirements:

• Experience as a senior healthcare assistant, care assistant, carer, or similar role, seeking a more satisfying environment
• NVQ Level 3 in Health and Social Care (minimum), with willingness to pursue NVQ Level 5
• Experience leading a team in a care home setting
• Ability to manage a diverse team

Experience in neurological care is preferred but not essential. What matters most is passion, empathy, dedication, a positive attitude, teamwork, and excellent communication skills. We will support your growth!
