Bowood Court & Mews Care Home are currently recruiting a Senior Care Assistant Nights to join our team based in Redditch, Worcestershire, United Kingdom. We offer a full-time, permanent position with a competitive salary of up to £13.91 per hour.

Join Bowood Court, a 59-bed residential home in Redditch, offering affordable, high-quality care. Our Senior Care Assistants are vital to our residents' daily lives. You will receive a thorough induction with experienced mentors, along with ongoing online and face-to-face training. Our dedicated Training and Dementia Managers are available to support your professional development and help you reach your career goals.

About the Senior Care Assistant role:

1. Pay £13.91 per hour
2. Choose between 22-44 hours a week
3. 2-4 shifts per week
4. Day shifts from 19:00 to 07:00
5. Alternate weekends required

• NVQ Level 2 in Care (essential)
• NVQ Level 3 in Care (desirable)
• Previous care experience (essential)
