Job summary

Agincare in Aylesbury is seeking a Care Assistant to support residents with daily living, dignity, and wellbeing. You will provide personal care and help with daily activities as part of a friendly team in a care home setting.

We offer funded training up to QCF Level 5, 36 hours per week including alternate weekends, days and nights available, and benefits such as a Refer-a-Friend bonus up to £1,000, a company pension, and on-demand pay.

Qualifications

• Experience in a care setting is essential.
• Kind, compassionate and great with people.
• Minimum 12 months right to work in the UK (we cannot currently offer sponsorship).
• Able to work alternate weekends.
