Yarnley House Care Home, part of Care Concern Group, is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to lead a dedicated team in delivering safe, person-centred care for our residents in Crow, near Ringwood. The role includes hands-on care, medication oversight, and ensuring smooth shift operations.
The successful candidate will have NVQ Level 2 in Health & Social Care (Level 3 desirable), medication competency, and strong communication and leadership skills.
Our brand-new, luxury service is set in the small village of Crow, which is very close to Ringwood. We provide quality Residential, Dementia, Nursing and Respite care for 72-residents.
As Senior Care Assistant, you will guide and support your team in delivering safe, high quality, person centred care that makes a real difference every day to our residents.
You will take responsibility for the smooth running of your shift, ensuring care is well organised, consistent and delivered to a high standard. Alongside providing hands on care, you will oversee medication, monitor residents’ wellbeing and respond to any changes, ensuring care remains safe and appropriate.
You will maintain accurate care records and work closely with colleagues, families and healthcare professionals to ensure clear communication and continuity of care.
The successful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
