Floryn House Care Home in Yarnton, Oxfordshire, part of Care Concern Group, is hiring a Care Assistant on a full-time contract. You will provide high-quality, person-centred care to residents, including personal care, mobility support and nutrition, with training provided.
The role requires 36-48 hours per week at £14.00 per hour, with paid DBS pension, uniform provided and 5.6 weeks annual leave. You will work alternate weekends as part of a supportive team.
Our brand new, purpose-built facility situated in the beautiful village of Yarnton, Oxfordshire, provides exemplary Residential, Dementia, Nursing & Respite care for 73-residents.
As a Care Assistant, you will make a meaningful difference in our residents lives everyday. This role is central to delivering high quality, person centred care that supports dignity, independence and overall wellbeing.
You will support individuals with daily living including personal care, mobility, nutrition and emotional wellbeing, helping them feel comfortable, respected and valued. By following care plans and recognising changes in condition, you will contribute to safe, responsive and consistent care.
Working as part of a supportive team, you will help create a warm and positive environment where relationships matter and people feel truly cared for. This opportunity is open to both experienced carers and those new to care, with full training, guidance and ongoing development provided to support your journey.
The successfful candidate will be required to work alternate weekends.
