  • Coach and Develop New Care Assistants. Provide hands-on support through shadowing and double-up visits to build confidence.
  • Champion Quality and Excellence. Support quality assurance processes to maintain high standards of care and service delivery.
  • Build Meaningful Relationships. Strengthen positive relationships between clients, families, and care staff.
  • Support Care Planning and Risk Management. Assist with risk assessments and person-centred care planning.

You'll spend 20 hours each week providing direct care and support to clients (including alternate weekends) and 20 hours leading, mentoring, and supporting our care team, while also participating in our shared on-call rota.

  • Support Care Planning and Risk Management. Assist with urgent risk assessments and contribute to person‑centred care planning, ensuring clients receive safe, effective, and tailored support.
