Job summary

Colchester Resi is seeking a Senior Care Assistant to join a luxury care home providing exceptional, person-centred care in a premium living environment. You will work with a warm, supportive team and guide junior staff while delivering high-quality care tailored to individual plans.

You will support residents with daily living activities, including mobility and nutrition, and help with dementia and complex needs.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a care setting (essential).
• Experience as a senior care assistant (essential).
• Medication administration experience (essential).
