Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Senior Care Assistant at Whitley Court in Devon to provide high-quality personal and domestic care in clients' homes. You’ll support independence, dignity, and companionship, while building a rewarding career in community care.

Flexible contracts and training opportunities are available. We require at least 12 months’ care experience, NVQ level 2 preferable, a full UK driving licence (preferred), and the ability to work around 40 hours weekly with shifts from 7am to 10pm

• Full UK driving licence preferred.
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts.
• Right to work for at least 12 months; sponsorship not available.

About The Role

What You Will Bring

• Good people skills and the ability to show strong empathy, with a caring and compassionate nature
• A minimum of 12 months' care experience, compassion, and a positive attitude - NVQ level 2 is preferable
• Full UK driving licence (Preferred)
• Availability to work 40 hours per week with flexible shifts between 7am – 10pm and alternating weekends
• A minimum of 12 months on your right to work – we currently cannot offer sponsorship
