Agincare in Weymouth is seeking a Home Care Assistant to support clients in their own homes with daily routines, personal care, meals, and companionship. You’ll help with shopping, errands, and light household tasks while delivering compassionate, respectful care.

No previous care experience is required as training is provided; a warm, patient, and community-minded attitude is essential. UK driving likely preferred, and a flexible schedule can help you balance commitments.

The Role Of a Home Carer

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About You

Above all, we're looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others. You don't need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll Bring

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (Preferred).
• Flexibility to work alternating weekends
