Job summary

Agincare is seeking a Home Carer to support clients in their own homes, delivering compassionate daily care and practical assistance. You’ll help with personal care, meals, and light tasks while providing companionship and a listening ear.

No prior care experience is required, as training will be provided to help you develop a rewarding career in care. We offer fully funded training up to QCF level 5, flexible contracts, a refer-a-friend scheme of up to £1000, a company pension, and on-demand

The Role of a Home Carer:

• Supporting people with their daily routines, including household tasks and personal care
• Helping with shopping, preparing nutritious meals, and making a comforting cup of tea
• Providing companionship, a listening ear, and friendly conversation
• Helping with medication

About you:

Above all, we're looking for someone kind, compassionate, and genuinely passionate about helping others.You don't need previous care experience or qualifications; if you have the right attitude and a caring nature, we can teach you the rest.

You’ll bring:

• A warm, caring, and compassionate approach to supporting others
• Strong people skills and the ability to build meaningful relationships
• A supportive, professional, and team-focused mindset
• A minimum of 12 months remaining on your right to work in the UK (please note we are currently unable to offer sponsorship)
• A full UK driving licence (Preferred)
